Client Profile: A leading Indian multinational BPO company that provide services in Information technology and business consulting for over 44 years in the industry.
Position: Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Industry: BPO
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Salary: Php25,000 – Php40,000
Schedule: Shifting schedule
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related course
- At least 1 to 2 years of work experience as CSR in BPO industry
- At least 1 year of work experience in Accounts Payable
- Willing to work fully on site at shifting schedules
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing payments to vendors on time to maintain good relationships and avoid penalties.
- Maintaining regular and accurate reconciliation
- Preparing a reconciliation statement that details the agreed-upon balance
- Generating invoices and processing payments
- Collecting accurate records, including purchase orders, internal invoices, receiving reports, and payment records.
