Description - Manage and oversee daily collections activities and operations.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections transactions and communications.
- Collaborate with the finance team to track and report on key performance indicators.
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding payment issues effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility
