We’re Hiring: Content Moderation Associate
Location: Ground Floor, Plaza E Building, Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and moderate user-generated content across platforms
• Ensure content complies with company policies and community guidelines
• Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary
• Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting productivity targets
Qualifications
• At least 6 months Call Center experience in an International Voice Account, OR
• No Call Center Experience required, but must have strong English communication skills
• Experience in content moderation or similar roles is an advantage
• Willing to complete same-day onsite process after passing the phone pre-screening
• Amenable to work 100% onsite
