ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Job Description:
- Assist in preparing financial and management reports
- Maintain books of accounts and prepare accounting schedules
- Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial statements
- Assist with tax compliance, government remittances, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Assist in inventory and product costing and year-end audit requirements
- Handle cashiering, collections, deposits, and check preparation
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or related course
- 1–3 years of General Accounting experience
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, journal entries, accruals, and financial statements
- Familiarity with BIR tax compliance and statutory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; accounting software experience is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Real Estate and/or Agriculture experience is an advantage
- Willing to work in Makati City and start ASAP
Salary Range: Php 20,000–Php 25,000
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
