Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Healthcare Account to assist patients, members, and healthcare providers with inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, claims, and healthcare services. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound healthcare-related inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist with benefit explanations, eligibility verification, and claims status
Provide accurate and compliant information while following healthcare policies
Document customer interactions accurately in the system
Escalate complex or sensitive concerns when necessary
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Work Schedule & Training:
Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Full paid healthcare account and compliance training provided
What to expect:

Requirements:
High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
Good English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
