Description - Oversee daily operations in the warehouse to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage warehouse staff, providing training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate inventory management, including tracking and monitoring stock levels.
- Implement safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely shipping and receiving of goods.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
