Brand Officer

Brand Officer responsible for protecting, strengthening, and growing the brand presence of the Restaurant, Bar, and Club

across all channels. Ensure brand consistency, strong market positioning, and

increased foot traffic and sales.

Brand Management

• Maintain brand identity, voice, and visual consistency

• Ensure all branches follow brand standards

• Monitor brand reputation (online and on-ground)

Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute themed nights, events, and seasonal campaigns

• Coordinate launch promotions, DJ nights, guest performances, and special events

• Support promo creation for food, drinks, and VIP packages

Digital Presence

• Oversee social media content direction

• Coordinate with creatives for photos, videos, and promotional materials

• Monitor engagement, reviews, and customer feedback

• Assist in paid ads coordination for events and promotions

On-Ground Branding

• Ensure in-store branding materials are updated (menus, standees, LED screens, posters)

• Oversee ambiance consistency (visual aesthetics aligned with brand)

• Coordinate with operations for event execution

Performance Monitoring

• Track campaign performance (foot traffic, reservations, table bookings)

• Monitor promo effectiveness and revenue impact

• Provide weekly brand and campaign reports

Required Qualifications

• 2–5+ years experience in brand, marketing, or F&B marketing

• Experience in restaurant, bar, nightlife, or hospitality preferred

• Strong understanding of social media and event marketing

• Creative mindset with strong execution skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Willing to work flexible hours (events, night schedules if required)
