□ Job Responsibilities
- Input, operate, and manage financial transactions within the banking and ERP/SAP systems.
- Review and verify all financial entries to ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Support tax processing and ensure all entries strictly comply with Philippine and International Accounting Standards (PAS/IFRS).
- Maintain and monitor internal control protocols during the data encoding process.
- Assist in encoding and compiling data for monthly budgets, financial forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial data inputs with overall project goals.
□ Preferred Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or taxation firms.
- Software Literacy: Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel
- Proficient in SAP/ERP System operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment\
- Strong ethical standards and integrity
