Location: Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Utility Clerk to help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace while providing general office and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of office areas, meeting rooms, pantry, and common spaces.
- Organize and replenish office supplies and pantry essentials.
- Assist with receiving and distributing deliveries, documents, and supplies.
- Help prepare meeting rooms and materials as needed.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and distributing documents.
- Perform other office support tasks and authorized errands assigned by management.
Qualifications
- At least a high school graduate.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, utility, or office support is an advantage.
- Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and organized.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or with a team.
- Physically capable of performing routine cleaning and handling office supplies.
- Willing to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
