Esri ArcGIS Geometrics & Cartography Specialist

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The work environment encourages the use of modern development practices and frameworks to meet evolving business requirements while maintaining high performance and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS.
- Strong understanding of geographic information system concepts and spatial data analysis.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Proficient in integrating ESRI ArcGIS with custom applications and services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize GIS-based software solutions.
- Familiarity with data visualization and mapping tools to support decision-making.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
