Position Overview:
As an EHR (Electronic Health Record) Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful adoption and integration of electronic health record systems for healthcare providers.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Onsite
Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their EHR/EMR concerns and provide clear, helpful solutions.
- Handle client interactions professionally, patiently, and courteously.
- Troubleshoot basic system or workflow concerns and provide appropriate workarounds when possible.
- Research, document, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or level of support.
- Build positive relationships with clients and ensure a good customer experience.
- Stay updated on the EHR system, new features, and processes to provide accurate support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent college degree, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related course.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and professional approach when dealing with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Fast learner who can quickly understand and apply new systems, processes, and information.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling difficult client situations.
- Willingness and ability to commit to the role for at least two (2) years.
- Previous experience handling calls, customer interactions, or training is an advantage but not required.
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Monthly salary of 23,250php
- New hire bonus of 5,000php
- Risk allowance of 2,000php
