Description - Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Facilitate training and development programs for staff members.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and provide support to HR team members as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0–2 years of experience in HR
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle confidential information professionally
