HR Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating the smooth functioning of administrative operations within a specific location. By effectively coordinating activities, providing support, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, contributing the overall efficiency and success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Taking care of and ensuring the proper condition of
- Tomodachi quipment, as well as managing and organizing files and records in satellite office.
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration in client and manpower.
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for employees.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and pooling of manpower
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and reports related to the site's location.
- Responding to inquiries, and resolving office/site issues or concerns.
- Training and onboarding of new manpower staff within the site/client premises
- Reporting to Superior with full details and accurate data.
