- Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Intern to join our team in Iloilo. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting and finance, making it ideal for students or recent graduates looking to develop their skills. The intern will assist with financial records, reports, and other accounting tasks under the supervision of experienced professionals.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, expense reports, and financial statements
- Record and organize financial transactions in accounting software
- Help with bank reconciliations and other bookkeeping tasks
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Assist in tax filing and compliance documentation
- Conduct research on accounting best practices
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
- Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
