Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service, and managing inventory and merchandising. This role also provides product education and recommendations on wellness and compression apparel to support customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Provide product consultation and educate customers on compression wear and wellness apparel.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Supervise staff, prepare schedules, and support team development.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and procurement.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with company and mall requirements.
- Monitor store performance and implement initiatives to increase sales and foot traffic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail management, pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of wellness, healthcare, fitness, or performance products is an advantage.
- Must possess a healthy and active lifestyle and be passionate about wellness and customer care.
