Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from patients, members, and healthcare providers.
- Answer questions about health insurance benefits, coverage, claims, and eligibility .
- Assist customers with appointments, billing inquiries, and account concerns.
- Provide information about healthcare services and procedures based on available guidelines.
- Verify and update customer/member information accurately.
- Handle complaints and resolve concerns professionally.
- Document every customer interaction accurately in the system.
- Protect confidential patient and member information.
- Coordinate with other departments when issues require further assistance.
- Meet company standards for quality, attendance, productivity, and customer satisfaction .
Qualifications:
- College graduate or equivalent qualification, depending on the account.
- Good English communication skills.
- Customer-service oriented and empathetic.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- BPO/healthcare experience may be required depending on the account.
