Tagalog-English Sales Representative

We are looking for a results-driven Tagalog-English Sales Representative to support B2B sales and new business development initiatives for Google Education products and solutions. This role focuses on engaging with K-12 schools and school districts in the United States to identify business opportunities, promote education technology solutions, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tagalog and English, possess strong communication and sales skills, and be comfortable conducting outbound sales activities in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to K-12 schools and school districts in the United States through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand clients' needs and challenges.
- Present and promote Google Education products and solutions to potential customers.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential.
- Manage sales pipelines, prospect information, and customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and activity metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve the customer experience.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Proficiency in Tagalog and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and meet sales targets.
