- We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM software, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Personal Qualities:
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Adaptability and resilience under pressure.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Knowledge of the industry or product being sold is a plus.
