We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. If you enjoy helping people and have a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with product selection
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain the store’s visual appearance and restock merchandise as needed
- Operate POS systems and handle cash, credit, or other transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Stay up to date on promotions, inventory, and new products
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or promotional experience is a plus (but not required)
- With strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh grads or undergrads are welcome to apply
- Presentable, neat, and confident in appearance.
- Outgoing personality with great energy
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- CAN START IMMEDIATELY
- With complete requirements (SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, NBI Clearance)
