Sales Creation Manager

Location: BGC, Taguig City (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Work Schedule: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Workdays: Monday to Friday We’re looking for a Sales Creation Manager to lead the Sales Support team, ensuring smooth operations, excellent client interactions, and accurate documentation. This role blends leadership, coaching, and hands‑on sales activities to drive revenue and set best practices. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Sales Assistants to achieve team and individual goals.
• Oversee daily calls, follow‑ups, and CRM updates for quality and efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires.
• Manage inbound/outbound sales calls, client inquiries, and job listings.
• Ensure CRM accuracy and streamline workflows for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and sales outcomes.
• Track KPIs, analyze data, and prepare reports for management.
• Act as escalation point for client and team concerns.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align sales activities with business priorities.
• Provide administrative support, manage documentation, and oversee email/task tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree, or High School Diploma with 3+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• At least 3 years in sales support, customer care, or contact center operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred: Experience in BPO or telemarketing environments.
• Preferred: Proven ability to manage high‑volume sales activities and drive team performance.
• Preferred: Strong analytical skills in reporting, KPI management, and team leadership.
