Sales Executive (Connoisseur or ActiveFun Affiliates of FunMania)

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure growth & profitability of the FunMania Inc.
2. Oversee and manage sales team and provide professional engagement to FunMania Inc. and FunMania Clientele.
3. To ensure that the FunMania Event and packages & offerings are competitive and aligned with FunMania standards, Branding and Image.

Key Result Areas

1. Deliver monthly and annual revenue targets and maximize revenue opportunities for FunMania Inc.
2. Revenue Management Strategies
3. Prepare and formulate a sales plan that outlines strategies and tactics to ensure budget is achieved.
4. Responsible for the strategic direction and operation of the Social Sales Team for FunMania Inc.
5. Participates in developing and reviewing rate structures and conditions applicable to various segments, based on market feedback and market conditions.
6. Develops a comprehensive promotional schedule achieving revenue goals
7. Prepares monthly outlook/forecast reports.
8. Forecasts, controls and reviews expenditures in accordance with company procedures.

Customer Acquisition

1. Create lead generating tactical/seasonal offers together with Marketing
2. Lead Socials Sales Team in driving leads acquisition & leads conversion
3. Participate in wedding fairs, trade shows, and promotional events, within the industry and customer organizations, if necessary.
4. Builds relationship with key social influencers such as wedding planners, event coordinators etc.

Customer Retention

1. Maintain and enhance FunMania Inc. brand through quality of sales service and delivery in all aspects of sales communication and inter-action with external & internal customers
2. Drive repeat business in the socials segments.
3. Create and Organize Internal/ In-house Events and Programs for Social Clientele and Partners
