Sales Coordinator (Taguig)

JOB PURPOSE
To provide comprehensive clerical, documentation, and coordination support to the Sales Department, ensuring efficient processing of sales orders, accurate record-keeping, and smooth communication between internal teams and customers. The role ensures that sales engineers are fully supported in delivering excellent customer service and achieving departmental KPIs. What You’ll Do Clerical Documentation- Process Sales Orders promptly and accurately.
- Prepare proposals and tender submittals.
- Assist in the preparation of any sales and marketing activities to be conducted by the Sales Engineer/s.
- Secure required weekly reports from Sales Engineers.
- Record pertinent data related to Sales Department KPIs.
- Process transportation liquidations and reimbursements related to various sales activities.
- Handle incoming phone calls and assist in addressing customer complaints in the absence of Sales Engineers.
- Maintain an organized filing system for the entire Sales Department team.
- Adhere to company rules, regulations, policies, code of conduct, standard operating procedures, work instructions, and protocols on quality, safety, security, and business continuity.
- Produce quality outputs and meet service level agreements with internal and external customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, order processing, or administrative support (preferably in a similar industry).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Are organized and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Have strong communication skills and can work collaboratively with different teams.
- Display initiative and can work independently when needed.
- Practice professionalism in dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
- Are adaptable and willing to take on new challenges.
