Job Description
- Devise, lead, and present ingenious ideas that transform into money; help the organization come up with work that are award-winning, memorable, inspiring and that truly help the clients achieve its interests.

- Be relevant in meetings by being an expert in marketing communications particularly in the public relations field.
- Develop PR strategies, messaging frameworks, and media plans aligned with client business objectives.
- Oversee and lead media relations, including press strategy, story development, pitching, and interview management.
- Handle crisis communications and sensitive issues, providing clear recommendations and decision-ready counsel to clients.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with media, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate PR Officers and junior team members to ensure quality output and team growth.
- Review and approve press materials, reports, and campaign deliverables for accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Present PR plans, results, and insights to clients and internal leadership.
- Support new business pitches, award submissions, and agency thought-leadership initiatives.
- Participate intensely in all internal and external CSR initiatives of the company.
