- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a positive workplace environment.
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and incidents.
- Collaborate with HR to develop training programs on employee relations.
- Monitor and analyze employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in employee relations or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, and excellent communication.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve meetings with stakeholders and employees.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
