Duties and Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and process payments to suppliers and service providers such as checks, bank transfers, or online payments.
- Monitor due dates of payables to ensure timely payment and avoid penalties.
- Reconcile vendor statements and accounts to ensure balances are accurate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree to any financial course
- With 1-2 years Accounts Payable experience
- Can start Asap
- Accessible to Greenhills SanJuan (near Ortigas Pasig)
