Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and various travel options.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for booking and ticketing services.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve travel issues and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism or related field.
- Experience Level: 2-5 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in GDS, especially Sabre; strong ticketing knowledge.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and work under pressure.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential odd hours based on client needs.
