Responsibilities
- Conduct financial needs analysis and provide suitable financial solutions
- Educate clients about insurance, savings, investment, and protection planning
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Assist clients in achieving their financial goals through proper planning
- Expand network through referrals, partnerships, and community engagement
- Attend trainings, workshops, and professional development programs
- Develop leadership skills and opportunity to build your own team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder (any 4-year course)
- Fresh graduates, career shifters, and experienced professionals are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and willing to learn
- Passionate about helping people
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-driven attitude
- No prior insurance experience required — training and mentorship provided
