SAQ Advisor/Coordinator
WeConnect Technology Philippines
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate site acquisition activities including site identification, evaluation, and documentation.
Process and monitor permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for site approval.
Liaise with landlords, local government units (LGUs), and stakeholders.
Track progress of site acquisition and provide regular status reports.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of site documents (contracts, permits, technical requirements).
Support negotiation and contract preparation with property owners.
Work closely with engineering, construction, and project teams to meet rollout timelines.
Maintain organized records of all SAQ-related documents and databases.
