Job Summary:
The Customer Advisor assists customers in choosing the right health and wellness products while providing excellent customer service in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting vitamins, supplements, and healthy products
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and product displays
- Monitor product availability and assist in restocking shelves
- Support sales targets and promote Healthy Options products
- Handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in cashiering and basic store operations when needed
Qualifications:
- College graduate (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Interest in health, wellness, and organic products
- Willing to work in a retail store environment
- Positive attitude and team player
