The role focuses on understanding client needs, recommending suitable financial plans, and building long-term, trust-based relationships while achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ financial goals, needs, and risk profile
- Create and recommend personalized financial plans
- Provide clear advice on insurance, investments, savings, and retirement solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Prospect and acquire new clients through referrals and networking
- Educate clients on basic financial planning concepts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation requirements
- Participate in continuous training and professional development

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
