- Conducts Formulation Review activities assigned
- Ensures that documentation requirements necessary properly recording and disseminating formulation review output are fully met
- To request for raw materials needed in Formulation Review activities
- Ensures that tests required for checking product complaint assigned are carried out
- Safe keeps confidential records
- Prepares reports required on time
- Flexible in working schedules
- Adheres to Departmental Standard Operating Procedures based on CGMP, ISO and PICS guidelines and to comply with proper safety regulations
