Regulatory Pharmacist

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Linguistics, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, packaging artwork development, or brand management.
- Knowledge of Philippine FDA regulations, GSI standards, IPOPHIL regulations, packaging development, artwork approval processes, and product commercialization.
- Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of website content management and digital asset management.
- Strong proofreading, communication, project coordination, analytical, organizational, and documentation skills with high attention to detail and integrity.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the end-to-end development, proofreading, approval, and release of packaging artwork, product shots, website product content, and regulatory deliverables for ethical (Rx), over-the-counter (OTC), nutraceutical, and cosmetic products.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine FDA regulations, GS1 standards, IPOPHIL requirements, and company branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments, printers, suppliers and manufacturers throughout the artwork approval and product launch process.
- Develop, revise, proofread, and maintain packaging artwork, website product content, digital assets, and regulatory documentation.
- Maintain product databases, artwork files, and website content while supporting quality control, product launches, and continuous process improvement.
