Job Description
- Dispenses medications accurately for inpatients, outpatients, and employees
- Prepares and compounds IV fluids using proper aseptic techniques
- Coordinates with physicians and nurses on suitable drug alternatives
- Manages inventory, including sourcing and purchasing non-formulary medications
- Ensures proper storage, handling, and documentation of all drugs
- Dispenses controlled medications in compliance with regulatory standards
- Provides medication counseling and drug information to patients and staff
- Maintains records, supports training, and performs assigned pharmacy duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy graduate with valid PRC license
- Updated PTR and compliant with required trainings
- Attended PSHP/PPHA seminars for continuing professional development
- Open to fresh graduates; must be a PRC-Registered Pharmacist.
