Description - Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor QMS effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality practices into operational processes.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–10 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven record of managing quality assurance processes effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
