Position: Sales Manager (Home Appliances)

Location: Pasig City
Salary: Php200,000 – Php250,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business or any related field
- Master’s in Business Administration is an advantage
- With at least 7- 10 years of experience in HVAC or related industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in dealer development and project sales
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Expand dealer networks and project-based sales channels to strengthen market presence.
- Lead regional sales teams, providing guidance, partner support, and training programs.
- Drive market-based growth strategies, sales forecasting, and performance management.
- Ensure pipeline visibility, regulatory compliance, and alignment across cross-functional teams within the CAC division.
