- Foundation and Framing:
- Assist in the excavation and preparation of foundations.
- Assist in the installation of concrete forms and reinforcing steel.
- Assist in the erection of wood, steel, and concrete framing.
- Install sheathing, siding, and roofing materials.
- Interior and Exterior Finishes:
- Install drywall, insulation, and ceiling tiles.
- Apply finishes such as paint, plaster, and tile.
- Install flooring, cabinets, and countertops.
- Install windows, doors, and trim.
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical work as directed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of [Number] years of experience in construction preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans (basic).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license may be required (depending on job duties).
