Position: Maintenance Technician
Work Arrangement: Monday – Saturday (48 hours); 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Fully onsite.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on building facilities (electrical, plumbing, aircon, carpentry, painting, and structural upkeep).
2. Support head office and satellite warehouse operations by maintaining equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, sealer machines).
3. Assist in monitoring and maintaining fire safety systems, CCTV, and security devices.
4. Provide backup support to the Facilities Coordinator for electrical and compliance tasks.
5. Respond to maintenance requests from offices and warehouses (Main & Tarlac) promptly.
6. Assist in maintaining records of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules.
7. Coordinate with housekeeping and office management staff for facility/maintenance-related concerns.
8. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards (OSH).
9. Coordinates with building tenants (applicable to Davao Building only)
Qualifications
· At least vocational/technical course graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Maintenance.
· Minimum 2–3 years in facilities or building maintenance, preferably in office or warehouse settings.
· Multi-skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical systems, and warehouse equipment maintenance.
· Licenses/Certifications
Required: TESDA National Certificate (NC II or NC III) in Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Building Wiring Installation, or equivalent.
Preferred/Optional: TESDA NC in Plumbing, Refrigeration & Airconditioning Servicing, or Carpentry; Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training certification; Forklift Operation NC II (for occasional but urgent support).
