- Diagnose and Repair Mobile Devices: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix hardware and software issues in smartphones and tablets, ensuring quick and efficient repairs.
- Customer Support and Consultation: Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes, offering recommendations, and ensuring customers understand device issues and resolutions.
- Software Updates and Data Backup: Perform software updates, factory resets, and secure data backup/restoration services for customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and accessories required for repairs, and ensure timely ordering of components when necessary.
- Quality Control and Testing: Test repaired devices to confirm proper functionality and perform final quality checks to ensure all issues are resolved before returning to customers.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mobile phone operating systems (iOS, Android) and hardware components for diagnosing and repairing devices.
- Experience in Mobile Repair: Prior experience in phone repair or a similar technical field preferred, with a focus on hardware troubleshooting and software troubleshooting.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail to accurately diagnose problems and avoid errors during repairs.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and explain technical issues in a clear and friendly manner.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities to quickly resolve device issues and provide efficient solutions.
