Main Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent responses to all messages and inquiries from Monday to Sunday (flexible schedule / no fixed time)
- Proactively call clients to ensure faster transaction and closing
- Gather complete client requirements and initial details
- Endorse all confirmed inquiries to the JSLL Sales Group Chat for preparation of:
- Formal Quotation
- Financial Projection
- Ensure proper coordination for management approval
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Responsive, proactive, and results-driven
- Able to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups
- Experience in online sales, chat support, or VA roles is an advantage
