Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical course. With knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in PCB assembly, testing, harnessing & packing. With experience in production planning, manpower control, and output monitoring. With a strong understanding of quality systems (ISO, SOPs, work instructions). Familiar with 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement & able to analyze defects, downtime, and yield issues. Has strong leadership skills to manage supervisors, line leaders, and operators, make sound decisions, handle production pressure, and communicate well with different teams. Experienced in people management, safety and compliance, and basic computer use for reports and coordination.
