We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to manage international cargo operations. If you have hands-on experience in global shipping, strong coordination skills, and clear English communication, this role is for you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT MANAGER
(Shipping Manager – International Cargo)
Coordinate globally. Deliver efficiently.
We’re hiring an International Shipment Officer to oversee and manage international cargo shipments, ensuring smooth coordination, complete documentation, and on-time delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate international cargo shipments from collection to final delivery
- Arrange and monitor shipment schedules and timelines
- Check, prepare, and review all shipping and customs documents
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
- Track shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and procedures
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2–3 years of experience in international shipping, logistics, or cargo operations (preferred)
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of international shipping documentation and processes
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work on-site in Pasig City
- Available to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What We Offer
- Salary: PHP 30,000 – 45,000
