Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
Minimum 3 years in s similar coordination or scheduling role, preferable within the fire protection industry
Strong Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP and other formulas and functions)
Experience using UPTICK SOFTWARE is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
Willing to work fully onsite MDC 100, Eastwood, Dayshift (AU)

Works well both independently and as part of a team
Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in all tasks
Excellent time management; proficient in Word and Excel
Able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills — fluent in written and spoken English

Plan and manage preventative maintenance for assigned technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the entire job life cycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring all tasks are executed to the highest standards.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, utilizing industry-specific software and tools.
Work closely with technicians and other team members to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
