The Role:
The Scheduler Workforce Scheduler will be responsible for managing and optimizing workforce schedules to ensure efficient operations. This role involves collaborating with various departments to align staffing needs with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain workforce schedules.
- Analyze staffing requirements and adjust schedules accordingly.
- Coordinate with team leaders to ensure adequate coverage.
- Monitor attendance and manage time-off requests.
- Utilize scheduling software to streamline processes.
Team Structure: You will work closely with operations managers, HR personnel, and team leads to ensure effective scheduling.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage workforce scheduling.

Education: A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
