REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin. Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog. Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Communications, Linguistics, Information Management, or a related field. Having BPO experience is a plus. Having a technical background is a plus. Strong writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to simplify technical language for end users.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

Translate internal knowledge articles and support documentation from Mandarin to English with high linguistic accuracy and cultural sensitivity. Ensure terminology consistency across all translated documents, aligning with internal style and tone guidelines. Enter and maintain translated articles in the Knowledge Based (GKM) with appropriate tags, categories, and metadata. Conduct proofreading and peer reviews to ensure translated content is error-free, clearly written, and aligned with company policies. Work with SME, QA, and Team Leaders to ensure content accuracy and usefulness based on agent feedback and performance data. Perform ad hoc tasks given by the immediate superior
