Solution Sales Professional

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Workforce & Rewards team. This role will report to the Commercial / Solutions Sales Lead. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Solution Sales professional s support the growth of the Marsh Workforce & Rewards business by identifying prospective clients, developing sales strategies, building client relationships and preparing commercial proposals. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across sales, commercial and delivery teams to grow market presence and support account expansion.

We will count on you to:

• Generate an individual sales pipeline and close deals to meet annual sales targets
• Understand client needs, ask effective questions and develop practical solutions that support client satisfaction and account growth
• Prepare sales proposals and presentations that clearly communicate value and commercial fit
• Negotiate values and pricing structures to support mutually effective sales outcomes
• Maintain trusted account relationships and represent the business professionally in the market
• Collaborate with sales and commercial colleagues across Marsh business units to expand market, industry and account penetration
• Build positive relationships with local and regional colleagues, delivery teams and external networks
• Contribute to the Marsh People – Workforce & Rewards brand through market engagement, trend sharing and industry networking

What you need to have:

• More than 10 years of sales and commercial experience in HR, strategy, consulting, SaaS or HR tech
• Well-developed commercial and business acumen
• Well-developed communication and influencing skills
• Well-developed relationship management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support business growth
