Sales and Marketing Manager
Gloval is a fast-growing engineering and services company focused on building a strong, people-first culture as we expand.
We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager with a hunter mindset—someone who builds relationships, wins projects, and drives sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
• Hunt, develop, and close new business opportunities across manufacturing, commercial, retail, and other strategic sectors.
• Drive sales strategy and personally own revenue targets and deal closures.
• Build and expand relationships with developers, owners, consultants, and decision-makers.
• Lead high-value proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations with internal technical teams.
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Direct and align marketing efforts to support lead generation, brand visibility, and deal conversion.
• Play a key role in shaping Gloval’s sales organization as the company scales.
Job Requirements
• 5–7+ years of proven sales or business development experience in construction, engineering, design-build, or real estate.
• A strong closer mentality with a track record of winning high-value or complex projects.
• Confident in negotiations, presentations, and executive-level conversations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-driven environment.
