CRM Marketing Specialist
Work Arrangement: Onsite | Shifting Schedule | Filinvest Alabang Muntinlupa
- Own all aspects of managing assigned end-to-end eDM insights and event campaigns, with a specific focus on events.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements, confirm campaign brief, and customer journey
- Establish required elements in CRM including:
- Target audience segmentation and list extraction, online list review and actioning, list uploads etc.
- Creation of required campaign content – email, event pages, web forms, etc
- Creation of campaign code for Lead tracking
- Monitoring and actioning audience governance across multiple campaigns
- Scheduling email sends, confirmations, follow-ups
- Data management such as the creation of Leads for webinar events
- Monitor campaign analytics and flag early metrics to campaign business owner.
- Technical skills in Email Marketing, HTML and Campaign automation tools like: Salesforce Pardot or HubSpot CRM or Microsoft Dynamic 365
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in creative production / design execution
