Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:1. Billing and Invoicing
Prepare, review, and process billing statements, invoices, and supporting documents.
Verify billing details against delivery records, transaction documents, and approved rates.
Ensure timely and accurate billing submissions.
Coordinate with concerned departments and clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
2. Collection and Accounts Receivable
Monitor outstanding customer balances and accounts receivable.
Conduct collection follow-ups and coordinate with clients regarding overdue accounts.
Record and monitor collections, payment receipts, and related transactions.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Prepare collection reports and monitor the status of outstanding receivables.
3. Countering and Financial Transactions
Handle and verify counter transactions, including payment receipts and supporting documents, as applicable.
Check and reconcile transaction records against actual collections and recorded payments.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of financial transactions.
Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with concerned personnel for resolution.
4. Financial Reporting and Reconciliation
Prepare financial summaries and reports on billing, collections, and outstanding receivables.
Perform regular reconciliation of financial records and transactions.
Assist in monitoring operating expenses and identifying financial discrepancies.
Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready financial records.
5. Compliance and Internal Controls
Ensure adherence to company policies, financial procedures, and internal control requirements.
Safeguard financial documents and ensure proper recording and filing.
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.
Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Management Accounting, or any accounting-related course .
Preferably with experience in billing, collection, accounts receivable, countering, or general accounting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant computer applications.
Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and capable of meeting deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply!
