Description - Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and improve profitability.
- Manage cash flow and ensure the financial health of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial objectives.
Requirements
Degree in Finance or Accountancy
Must be a CPA.
At least five years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
Occupied senior manager position of no less than 5 years;
Preferably w/ business acumen in real estate and construction industry;
Experience in strategic planning and execution.
Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally
Accepted Accounting Principles.
Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
Knowledge of national and local financial regulations.
