Process and monitor permit applications with various government agencies.
Prepare, organize, and submit required documents for permit processing.
Coordinate with government offices regarding permit applications and renewals.
Maintain accurate records and filing of permits and related documents.
Provide administrative support and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Perform other administrative duties and multitask as required.
College Graduate or College Level.
Computer literate.
Good oral communication skills.
Knowledge of permit processing with various government agencies is an advantage.
Willing to render overtime when required.
Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Benefits:
HMO, 13th-month pay, SL, and VL
Full benefits will be discussed with the selected candidate during the job offer/contract discussion
Work schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 5:30 pm | Sat 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
